What to do on OOT?

Adventures with rewards, real magic and treasures buried in the ground. Below are exact step-by-step instructions — what you need and what to do.

Adventures

What you need

Nothing! It is enough that an adventure is open (we announce it in chat and on Discord).

    Type /adventure in chat
    You will be teleported right to the start: a maze, a parkour, a tower or a snow battle.
  2. 2
    Complete the course
    Find your way through the maze, jump across platforms, climb the ladders.
  3. 3
    Click the chest at the finish
    The reward lands straight in your backpack! Fanfares included.
  4. 4
    Go back to the island
    Type /spawn. Want to check what is open? Type /status.
You can win each adventure reward only once — but you can race others as much as you like!

The Spellbook

What you need

Spellbook
Find one in a treasure chest or get it as a gift. Keep it safe!

    Hold the Spellbook
    Select it on your hotbar, just like a sword or a pickaxe.
  2. 2
    Click (on a phone: tap)
    A window opens with icons of the spells you already know.
  3. 3
    Click a spell icon
    The spell fires right away! Teleport, healing, a rainbow — depends what you learn.
  4. 4
    Watch the mana bar
    Casting uses mana (the purple bar). Ran out? Wait a moment, it comes back on its own.
The more you use a spell, the stronger it gets — it levels up by itself. New spells come from the hunt ⬇️

Spell hunt

What you need

Stick — in hand 2× Hay bale Payment for the treasure
A hay bale = 9 wheat at a crafting table. The scan reveals the treasure price (e.g. a few iron ingots).

    Hold the stick and click the air
    That is a magic scan — 2 hay bales disappear. It checks 64 blocks around you.
  2. 2
    Read the chat
    If a treasure is nearby you will see the price, the distance in steps and the direction (north/south/east/west).
  3. 3
    Watch for lightning
    Lightning strikes exactly where the treasure is — run that way!
  4. 4
    Listen for chimes
    When you are close (12 blocks), the treasure chimes every few seconds. Look for a chest.
  5. 5
    Bring the payment and click the chest with the stick
    The price leaves your backpack and the spell jumps into your Spellbook. Only now do you learn its name!
First come, first served! Each hidden spell can be claimed by one person only — then the chest vanishes. The chat shows how many treasures are left.

Buried treasures

What you need

Golden shovel — in hand 5× Smooth stone
Golden shovel = 1 gold ingot + 2 sticks. Smooth stone = smelt regular stone in a furnace. Bring a normal shovel for digging!

    Hold the golden shovel and click
    The scan costs 5 smooth stone and checks 64 blocks around you.
  2. 2
    Read the chat and watch for lightning
    You will learn how far and which way to go. Lightning strikes right above the treasure.
  3. 3
    Get close and listen for chimes
    They ring when you are within 12 blocks of the buried chest.
  4. 4
    DIG down at the lightning spot
    The chest lies about 2 blocks underground. Digging it up is free!
  5. 5
    Open the chest and take the treasure
    Inside waits a magic wooden tool with unusual power…
Magic tools survive 20 to 50 uses and cannot be repaired — use them wisely! What can they do? Find out yourself 😉
